The Brooklands Business Development Team aims to meet and exceed your expectations during our working relationship. 

Our Commitment to You


- Rapid response to requests and queries - we have a dedicated Employer Hotline and email address to enable us to deal with your enquiries promptly and professionally. 


- Our aim is to respond to initial enquiries within 2 working days wherever possible


- Provide clear information on our courses, training programmes and qualifications including methods of delivery e.g. full-time,  part-time, in the workplace, as distance/online learning; entry requirements; course content; costs and any funding opportunities which may be available.  Where we are unable to meet your specific needs we will refer you to another provider.


- Training with relevance to business needs - we will arrange for a visit for one of our team of experts to listen to your requirements and undertake an Organisational Training Needs Analysis to capture your current and possible future business needs.  This will include a review of scheduled training and courses and the opportunity/need to develop bespoke programmes.  From this a Training Plan and proposal will be developed generally within 3-10 working days depending upon complexity.


- Flexibility of delivery, assessment and qualifications - we will deliver training to suit your needs either at our Weybridge or Ashford campuses, in the workplace or at other external venues.  Training is available in a variety of modes and methods with work-related learning opportunities exploited wherever possible.  Assessment schedules and course loads are matched against employer needs, the employees’ workload and suitable qualifications offered, including units from different qualifications and bespoke awards.


- Clear and simple procedures - registration and invoicing procedures are appropriate for business clients.  Where relevant we will advise you of and facilitate access to funding opportunities via government initiatives and grants.

- Support throughout the learner journey - with a high standard of delivery by expert trainers; augmented by assessment and tracking of progress to ensure the employee is learning at the appropriate level, regular progress reports to you plus post-completion evaluation providing guidance on future training needs.


Your Commitment to us

To ensure that we maximise our partnership to the benefit of your business we ask that you assist in the following ways:

  • Support your staff allowing sufficient time for the employee to attend training sessions, assessments and/or exams.
  • Inform us of any change in circumstances of any employee training with us.
  • Provide constructive feedback on our performance and service.
  • Ensure your employee gives full commitment to the training programme in terms of attendance, punctuality, completing/submitting work on time and timely notification of absence or late arrival.
