Brooklands College aims to be more than an organisation that is a fair place to learn and work. We want to welcome and celebrate diversity and to ensure that current and prospective students and employees will not be discriminated against - regardless of disability, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, marital status or working hours. The College is committed to promoting equality of opportunity and to eliminating unlawful discrimination. We are committed to social cohesion and value the benefits that diversity brings to the organisation and the wider community.

Brooklands is committed to ensuring that learning and teaching are available to and accessible for a broad and inclusive range of learners (including prospective learners), to help ensure that our workforce and student population reflect the community we serve. For more information, please see our policy and action plans in the documents section below.
