Brooklands College offers the following Day Release courses for students entering Year 10 in September. These courses will run over a period of two years and students can work towards completion of a vocational qualification at the end of Year 11. The courses offered for day release are; Catering, Child Studies, Construction, Engineering (Motor Vehicle) and Hair & Beauty.
In addition we offer a Transition Programme which is appropriate for students who are undecided on their chosen career and wish to experience a number of vocational areas before progression onto a full-time programme at the college post 16.
You can apply online to the courses and if you are currently on the school roll, please ensure you have notified your school.

Students who are looking to start with us in Year 10 can apply to either of the two courses below; Hair & Beauty 1-year course or the Transition course for 1-year and then progress onto any of the Level 1 courses the following year.
