This is a ‘hands on’ course that will teach you about bread and confectionery production. You will be taught in a pleasant learning environment, with good tutorial support. All ingredients and materials are supplied by the College.

You will be interviewed to discuss your entry onto the course.

You will need to purchase appropriate clothing (bakery whites) and kit, costing £155, details of which will be provided at enrolment. The exam is included in the price.
All students will be subject to a £25 registration fee per academic year.
Each student will receive a print allowance at the start of their course, should they require additional printing beyond this limit, they will be charged.
