Suitability

You do not need any prior qualifications, just a willingness to study aspects of biology which relate to the science you might read about in the press and also your own health. This is an intensive programme of study and you will also need to spend time studying independently outside of class time as directed by your tutor.

What qualifications will I need?

Combined Science of Biology GCSE grade 3 (grade D).  Mature students are also considered based on relevant merit and/or experience.  This is a very intensive course and you must be willing to spend additional time outside of the the classroom completing revision and homework tasks.  Full attendance is also extremely important due to the significant course content required to be delivered.
