The programme consists of 6 modules
The Intermediate Certificate qualification consists of a total of 320 study hours, of which 160 hours should be private study.

You will need to have successfully completed a Level 3 course (eg CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice, A-Levels) or a degree. GCSE English and maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.

You are required to join the CIPD as a Student member, current fees are £132.
Core text books
Students must purchase or have access to core text books, Stewart, J & Rogers, P Developing People and Organisations, Taylor, S & Woodhams, C Studying Human Resource Management. The Study Skills Handbook by Stella Cottrell is recommended for students new to undergraduate study.
All students are subject to a £25 registration fee per academic year.
Each student will receive a print allowance at the start of their course, should they require additional printing beyond this limit, they will be charged.
