Apprentices must be over 16 however there is no upper age limit now, therefore apprenticeships are also a positive way to upskill your current employees.
This is an exciting time for employers as Chancellor Rishi Sunak has just announced new Incentives for those taking part in the Apprenticeships scheme. For each new apprentice you hire before 31st January the incentive is £2,000 for those aged under 25, and £1,500 for those aged 25 and over. So how does it work?
