Brooklands Grove Development

Brooklands College is seeking to invest around £60m in comprehensively updating its Weybridge campus to secure its future and enhance the training and vocational education facilities it can offer the community and local businesses.

The College has selected Cala Homes as its preferred partner to develop its vision for Brooklands Grove; a place that celebrates its heritage, conservation and rich woodland.

Throughout the summer of 2022, we have engaged with neighbouring residents and the wider Weybridge community. This has included an in-person public exhibition, and a dedicated Brooklands Grove website where visitors could find out more information and view an online Virtual Exhibition.
