Ashford & Weybridge train stations are under a 10-minute walk from campus.
By bus
Local bus routes are available to both campuses.

By bike
Bike racks are located outside the Tower building at our Weybridge campus.
Motorbike spaces are also available.
By car
Parking is extremely limited and we encourage students to travel to college by public transport where possible.
Weybridge Campus
Set within acres of woodland with both historic and modern buildings. A short 10-minute walk from the town centre and railway station.
Ashford Campus
Located a short walk from Ashford high street, our Ashford Campus is a quiet hub for our students.
Brooks Hair & Beauty Salon
Located on Ashford’s high street, Brooks Hair & Beauty is a commercial training salon providing real client experience to our students and professional hair and beauty services to the local community.
Student Parking FAQs
No, all previous permits are no longer valid. New permits will be issued for each academic term. You will receive an email to your college email address to notify you if your application has been successful. We endeavour to provide an update on your application within 10 working days.

Applications for a permit need to be made as soon as possible. Late applications will be considered dependent on availability.
Ensure your application includes all information on which eligibility criteria you are applying for a permit under, as well as any supporting documentation.

No, motorbikes and mopeds do not require parking permits but must be registered.

Surrey County Council
funded travel help
If you are 16 to 25 and live in Surrey, have an education, health and care (EHC) plan, can’t reasonably get to school, college or training without support and are attending their nearest suitable education setting, you may be eligible to receive council-funded travel support. Please use Surrey County Council’s online eligibility checker to confirm if you could qualify for this support.
16-17 Saver Rail Card
The 16-17 Saver is valid for one year or until your 18th birthday, whichever comes first.
A 16-17 Saver costs £35 and gets you 50% off most rail fares every day of the year with no time restrictions and no minimum fare.
16-25 Rail Card
After your 16-17 Saver expires, you can purchase a 16-25 Rail Card for £35 a year and get ⅓ off rail fare. This can be renewed annually until your 25th birthday.
Top tip: If you purchase a 3-year 16-25 Railcard on the day before your 24th birthday, it will still be valid just before you turn 27!
Surrey LINK bus card
The Surrey LINK card is free to apply for young people aged 20 and under who live in Surrey. It can be used on any single or return bus journey that starts and/or finishes in Surrey and allows you to get 50% off the adult fare for the journey you are taking. On most routes this is the equivalent of a child fare.
Please note the LINK card discount does not apply to: a child fare or season tickets. The LINK card cannot be used on bus services operated by Transport for London (TfL).
TfL free and discounted travel
You may be eligible to receive free or discounted travel via TfL’s Oyster and rail card schemes if you’re travelling from London. Please check their website for more information.
