Motorsport Engineering is an exciting subject to choose here at Brooklands College. Our courses provide learners with specialised skills and knowledge in fault rectification & diagnostics, engineering design and motorsport preparation & inspection. Many of our students progress onto working in the industry with various racing teams, one of which includes the West Surrey Racing.
We offer a variety of leisure and professional qualifications for adult learners. Part-Time courses are held during the day and in the evenings so that you can easily fit a course around your lifestyle.
Courses include: Accounting & Bookkeeping, Cake Decoration, Catering, Child Studies & Education, Computing, Construction, Engineering, Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, Human Resources, Teaching, Welding, GCSEs, ESOL and English & Maths Skills.
Lifetime Skills Guarantee: If you are 19 or over and do not already have a full level 3 qualification (equivalent to an advanced technical certificate or diploma, or A levels) you can now access a free qualification. The government wants to rebuild the economy following the pandemic and with additional funding available, you now have the opportunity to retrain, boost your career prospects, and help the country bounce back. These courses allow you the flexibility to study wherever you are, and fit around your home life. Learning this way provides you with a convenient way to gain or develop existing skills without attending College full time.
Courses at Level 2 and 3 include: Essential Digital Skills, Business Administration, Understanding Mental Health Problems, Working In Adult Social Care, Nutrition & Health and Control of Infection.
