Forensic scientists aid criminal investigations by collecting and analysing impartial scientific evidence for use in courts of law to support the prosecution or defence in criminal and civil investigations. You will have an enquiring mind, good communication skills and a methodical approach to work. You will gain a thorough understanding of relevant aspects of crime scene examination, human anatomy and physiology. The broad spectrum of skills learnt on these courses can be applied to a variety of university degrees and careers.
