This course is primarily for people who are currently working in a related field who wish to gain a higher level qualification in recognition of their skills and knowledge or who would like to build on existing expertise.
As with most Foundation Degrees, the course is primarily for people who are currently working in a related field who wish to gain a higher level qualification in recognition of their skills and knowledge or who would like to build on existing expertise. It is anticipated that a portion of the course will be linked to work-based learning or to work place simulations.
We have extensive employer links which allow for the course to be tailored to meet industry needs and current practice. This means that our students are better prepared for the world of work by the end of the course. Studies can be part or full time, so whether currently employed or not we can offer the skills and experience to take you to the next level.

Progression from the FdEng - Topping up to a full degree.
Having completed your Foundation Degree you will be able to transfer onto the BEng (Hons) Motorsport Technology final year, provided that you pass the modules (Mathematics II and Thermo-fluid Dynamics).
