Sugar paste techniques will cover bas relief and swags whilst marzipan techniques will involve modeling, and making roses and fruits.
The intermediate course builds on the skills and knowledge acquired from the basic course. Sugar paste techniques will cover bas relief and swags whilst marzipan techniques will involve modeling, and making roses and fruits. You will learn how to use royal icing techniques such as full collar run-outs, pressure piping and brush embroidery.
Completion of the FDQ Level 1 course is recommended
