We can help you UPSkill with back-to-work training qualifications and programmes.

COVID-19 has had a huge impact on everyday life for a large number of the population and we want to help people to get back on their feet as quickly as possible, this is why we are introducing our range of UPSkill back-to-work training qualifications and programmes. The UPSkill courses are delivered entirely online and they are flexible – this means that you can study at your own pace in the comfort of your own home!

These courses will offer bespoke programmes, designed to an individuals needs, and goals and will offer flexible learning with remote and face-to-face teaching. Suitable for those who:

  • need a short intervention or pre-employment training to support their return to work.
  • are choosing to refocus or restart their career with longer qualifications.

To begin your bespoke learning programme, depending on your current abilities you may be offered a complimentary Essential Digital Skills course to ensure you have a good foundation for any industry. When studying your UPSkill course, you may also have the opportunity to study Employability Skills or English & Maths alongside the main course in order to strengthen your skillset for employment

The College offers a high level of support from experienced tutors who will provide guidance as you work through your programme. We also offer support via our:

Additional Learning Support (ALS): ALS is available to learners with disabilities and learning difficulties and in some cases to those learners who need further help with their literacy, numeracy or language. ALS@brooklands.ac.uk
