About this course
This is a practical course that enables you to build and develop a range of art and design skills including drawing , painting, textiles, mixed media and animation.
It provides a foundation to move onto the next level qualification or employment. You will also continue to strengthen your Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT.

What will the course involve?
The Level 1 Vocational in Art, Design and Media are designed to provide students who are intrigued and motivated by art and design with opportunities to explore, develop and test their creativity.

What qualifications will I need?
No formal qualifications required. Suitability for the course will be assessed at interview. It is essential that applicants have a keen interest in the industry and a willingness to learn.
