About this course

The T Level Foundation Year in Health course is designed for those that are looking to progress on to a T Level programme but do not yet meet the entry requirements.  You will be supported to:

  • Develop Industry Relevant Practical Skills and Technical Knowledge 
  • Engage in Relevant Industry Work Experience 
  • Develop Industry-relevant English, Maths and Digital Skills
  • Develop Employability Skills, Attitudes, Confidence and Behaviours
  • Learn Effective Skills for Successful Study
     

Course Details

What will the course involve?

  • A dedicated, supportive team of tutors deliver an engaging insight into careers in the sector
  • Develop a range of transferable, technical and practical skills to apply within your work placement and in your future career
  • Spacious classrooms and relaxed working environments

The Health sector is a rewarding area to work in, enabling you to work with others to improve people’s quality of life.  
Studying full-time Levels 1-3, will provide an introduction to the sector and help you develop a range of transferable skills and knowledge to prepare for progression in the workplace.
 

 

Entry Requirements

What qualifications will I need?

4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above (including English Language and Maths), plus two additional GCSEs at grade 3 or above. If you don’t have a grade 4 in English and Maths, you will be required to study for this alongside your course.

Additional Costs


Your tutor will advise you on any additional costs at the start of the course. Students are allocated a certain amount of free printing, after which a small fee will be incurred.
