Our brand-new Level 2 CreaTech course provides learners with the chance to experience and learn a variety of technical skills across the creative sector before specialising in a specific subject at Level 3. Our CreaTech offering allows learners a unique opportunity to develop skills using the latest digital technology, ultimately preparing them for future careers in an innovative and advancing sector.

Where will I be studying?
Careers related to Design are really popular as it impacts on everything we see around us from adverts to shop window displays to websites. Our courses will help you find where your art and design skills lie and you will study in our attractive purpose built studios
Facilities include specialist studios and workshops in Textiles, Graphic Design, 3D/Sculpture, Fine Art, Printmaking, Photography and a very contemporary Apple Mac suite.
The annual end of year exhibition includes a fantastic fashion show and an art exhibition for students to showcase their designs. Our art and design courses have an excellent reputation and many of our students go on to gain places at the top universities or secure careers in the industry.

How is the course assessed?
Coursework based and assessments throughout the year.
Are there any extra costs?
You will need a USB stick. In addition there will be an annual voluntary studio contribution of £100. There are several visits to London galleries and local workshops made throughout the course to support the vocational context of the qualification. You will be allocated a certain amount of free printing, after which a small fee will be incurred.
Entry Requirements
What qualifications will I need?
The minimum entry requirements for this course includes GCSE English or maths (grade 0-3), or a Level 1 Functional Skills. Those who do not achieve a grade 4 in English or maths will be required to study this alongside their course.
Progression
Level 3 Diploma in Art & Design, apprenticeships or further education. Students can also progress into entry-level roles in the creative industries.
