• Complete 45 days of industry experience and gain valuable insights into your budding career.

What will the course involve?

Our Science T Level is a 2-year programme, developing your core knowledge and skills required for a range of careers in the scientific field.

All T Levels are a blend of learning with 80% taking place in the classroom and 20% in an industry placement (minimum 45 days).

You won’t just be learning about science, you’ll gain the tools to understand and influence the world around you:

• Explore how science and healthcare sectors work, from labs to hospitals
• Master safety, data analysis, and ethical practices
• Uncover the secrets of cells, genetics, and immunity
• Study cell processes, enzymes, pathogens, and cutting-edge techniques
• Conduct experiments and use advanced scientific equipment
• Understand the impact of science on society

You’ll then choose a specialism from laboratory, food or metrology sciences.

All of this will take place in our fully refurbished science laboratories using the latest technology and industry-level facilities – brand-new for 2025!

What qualifications will I need?

To qualify for this course, you will need a minimum of: 4 GCSEs at grade 4-9 (including English and maths) or a Level 2 T Level in Science.
