Update 20th February 2022
Further to Storm Eunice, both the Ashford and Weybridge Campus have been assessed and will be open as usual on Monday 21st February.
Brooks Hair & Beauty at both sites will also open.
There is still a Yellow warning of wind from Sunday at 12 noon until Monday at 12noon. Therefore all staff and students should take care travelling to and from College.
Overnight the MET office have issued a ‘Red’ weather warning for London and the South East from 10am – 3pm. We have therefore decided to close access to the Weybridge campus for the day of Friday February 18th and advise all staff and students to work remotely.
Brooks Hair & Beauty in Ashford and Weybridge will also close on the 18 February – all clients have been notified.
The College switchboard is being monitored for any urgent calls during the College business hours of 8.30am – 4.30pm.
Due to the advice received from the MET office regarding the severe weather condition forecast, we will be monitoring the disruption and damage caused today and over the weekend.
We expect the both sites to be open from Monday 22nd February, but will keep this page updated.
Guidance for students
Due to half term, the vast majority of our students are not in College. However, if you are required to be in College on the 18 February, we would advise that you contact your tutor and work remotely.
Guidance for visitors
Please contact the member of staff you are coming to ascertain the status of the planned visit to College sites.
Guidance for staff
Both campus sites will be closed on Friday 18 February and any classes will move to virtual delivery and all staff should work remotely. Please refer to the all-staff emails for further guidance.
