Our programmes, your opportunities
We offer flexible and rewarding partnership options designed to suit businesses of all sizes and sectors.
Apprenticeships
A paid role for a new or existing employee that combines hands-on work and classroom-based study.
Duration: Varies from 1 to 4 years, depending on the level and sector.
Benefits to you: Grow your own talent from within, benefitting from government funding to support training.
T Level industry placements
A substantial 45-day industry placement part of this 2-year qualification equivalent to 3 A Levels.
Duration: 9+ weeks typically arranged 1 day a week over a few months or in a block to suit business needs.
Benefits to you: A great opportunity to see a student’s potential over a longer period before offering them a permanent role.
Work experience
A short, structured placement for our 16-18 full-time students.
Duration: 1-2 weeks.
