Earlier this year, Brooklands College students proudly hosted the first round of The Big Idea Challenge, an enterprise initiative by London Metropolitan University. After pitching their innovative business concepts, two teams from the College have successfully made it through to the final stage of the annual competition.
The students went on to be mentored by industry professionals and then created video presentations of their idea. The decision is now in YOUR hands! Vote for our students’ exciting Big Idea’s to help turn them into reality.
Enviro Bin is a bin that tackles recyclables going into landfill by automatically separating rubbish from recycling.
This Big Idea is created by Brooklands College Business students: Dara Charim, Luke Greaves, Ryan Bloomfield & Ross Taylor.
Travel Pack is the ultimate festival backpack, doubling as a tent. Made from recyclable materials, a percentage of each purchase will be donated to homeless charities.
This Big Idea is created by Brooklands College IT students: Leila Bowyer, Matthew Jensen & David Swift.
Voting Ends Sunday 14th June! The idea with the most votes will be crowned the People’s Choice winner at the virtual awards night on Thursday 18th June.
