Diners in Brooks Restaurant enjoyed a tasty three-course meal a day in advance of Valentine’s Day and were treated to a choice of three sweet treats for dessert.
With chicken, fish and a vegetarian asparagus tagliatelle on the menu, Catering & Hospitality students went above and beyond in delivering professional table service with a smile.
Diners were spoilt for choice with three delicious desserts, finishing off the night with a tough choice of strawberry iced parfait heart (with pavlova kisses), fruit soufflé with champagne sorbet, or an indulgent white chocolate air with brandy gel, rose water squares and vanilla crumb.
