Join the campaign and recruit an apprentice!

Whether recruiting an apprentice from new or upskilling an existing member of your staff, this is a great opportunity for employers to boost employee performance and retention with the potential to reduce training and recruitment costs. The College Apprenticeship and Partnership team will guide and support you every step of the way.

Apprenticeships are designed by employers to meet and reflect the specific knowledge, skills and behaviours of your business.

We offer access to high quality training and support whilst providing you with related employment opportunities.

Our package includes:

• Free of charge advertising for apprentices to apply for your positions
• Support to both the employer and the apprentice
• Assist and support with the Digital Account with the apprenticeship service

Our Build For The Future campaign is running until the end of April 2022 and we are seeking local employers who are interested in the following areas;

• Business Administration (Level 3)
• Bricklaying (Level 2)
• Carpentry (Level 2)
• Customer Service (Level 2 and Level 3)
• Early years (Level 2 & Level 3)
• Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
