As we entered Brooks Restaurant, we were greeted by friendly smiles and delightful Christmas music. A warm atmosphere filled the room with twinkling fairy lights, glowing candles and dazzling festive decorations.
Brooklands College Catering & Hospitality students were on top form acting as hosts and servers giving everyone a pleasant experience with their helpful manner. The students also demonstrated their catering skills in the kitchen and treated guests with their delicious concoctions.
Starters included a refreshing prawn cocktail, mouth-watering vegetable risotto and sensational curried parsnip soup. Breaking of crackers over good food and good company, joyous laughter and merriments – these were the sounds which flowed throughout the restaurant. The main courses brought the wow-factor with a traditional turkey dinner, sumptuous salmon, or tantalising pork loin with crackling. A sweet treat – dessert offered a lovely selection including a moreish winter fruits Eton mess, an exotic fruit trifle or traditional mince pies.

Bellies full, hearts content, smiles beaming… guests found themselves in food heaven. A wonderful experience for all!
