Step 1
Pull back your hair back from your face using a head hand, hair band or bobby pins to make sure all your hair is out of your face and that u have your cleaner, exfoliator, toner, moisturiser, face mask, clean towel, cotton pads, facial sponge, tissue, massage oil, warm water in a bowl out in front of you and a bin or bag to put rubbish in.

Step 2
Take a pea size of cleanser for your skin type-and add a bit of warm water and apply in medium circular motion on your face starting from your temples working round to whole face to your neck. Step 4
Go empty your bowl of water and go boil water in your kettle then pour into your bowl and then put head over it not to close to the water with a towel draped over your head so that the steam coming from the water will be trapped around your face.steam your face for five minutes this helps to open your pores in preparation for extraction if you have any.

Then massage you nose and cheeks moving to your lips, chin and jaw using strokes and actions up the neck this helps relax your muscle and tissue in the face and release tension and help the blood flow circulation. Do this for 5-10 minutes with a light to medium pressure on your face then pad of with a towel.

Apply smoothly on the face and leave it on for 15 minutes after you have waited 15 minutes apply warm wet to sponge or cloth remove the face mask of the face make sure no trace left of it.

Step 8
After you have removed the face mask, pat your face with a towel so it dry and apply a generous amount of toner on your cotton wall pad  make sure you wipe all over your face with it. This will help hydrate your skin.

Step 9
