The other popular way to use essential oils is through a diffuser which fills up the room that the diffuser is in with tiny particles of the essential oils which gives the room a calmer and pleasant smell. Some people use essential oils on their skin, when doing this focus on areas of muscular tension, tightness and tension, you can also rub the essential oils to pressure points such as your temples, wrists and third eye.
