We are recruiting new Governors

It is an exciting time in Brooklands’ history and we are looking for new Governors to join our Corporation Board.  

College governors sit at the top of the decision-making tree within a college. They are responsible for setting college strategy,  the stewardship of large amount of public funding,  safeguarding college assets and – most importantly –  ensuring that the quality of the experience that we provide to our students is of the highest standard, and equips them well for their next stage in life.

We are looking for governors from all walks of life, and are committed to increasing the diversity of our Board.   You must have a real commitment to and interest in further education.  We are, however, particularly interested to hear from individuals with the following skills and backgrounds.

•           Financial qualifications and expertise

•           Links to the Surrey economic and business community

•           Education and skills

•           Knowledge or experience of major capital developments

•           Organisational culture and change management.
