The College has a gigabit network infrastructure that supports over 1400 network/Internet connected workstations which include both PC and Apple Mac devices. Classroom IT equipment includes Promethean Interactive whiteboards, ceiling mounted projectors, nine media trolleys, laptop trolleys as well as a very comprehensive list of mobile digital and audio equipment to enhance teaching sessions.
All the relevant latest software packages are available to support curriculum needs, with printing options in both colour laser and inkjet printing up to A1 size. Students are allocated a certain amount of free printing, after which a small fee will be incurred.
All students and staff have access to a College email account that is linked directly to the Virtual Learning Environment which allows students and staff to take their learning beyond the classroom and give users 24/7 access to teaching resources.
